
At 17 years-old, Jiles Clark is the author of four motivational books written to encourage his peers. Since the release of his first book, Never Give Up – written at age 11, he has appeared on the nationally syndicated Kelly Clarkson Show, Good Morning Texas, ABC with Tashara Parker and on NBC with Evan Anderson in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His second book, Be Yourself – Be the Person God Has Called You to Be, resonated with teenagers and was warmly embraced by youth ministries. He later released, Joy on the Journey – The Joy that Remains in Every Circumstance, which shows the reader where joy begins and how to protect it, based on his young perspective. Most recently, Jiles has written a book for teens, The Unforgettable Teen Experience – A Thrive Guide for Teenagers.
The young author has spoken to audiences in religious, academic and public settings. He plans to continue writing but is also an accomplished vocal music student at I.M. Terrell Academy for STEM &VPA. As a Tenor, he made the prestigious Texas All-State Choir for two consecutive years and has written and recorded his first original song.
Jiles was elected president of Student Government by his peers at I.M. Terrell and is a member of Holy Tabernacle Church of God in Christ.
