LARRY WANSLEY is a globally respected leader in the aviation, sports & entertainment, corporate, and executive security world. He was a Marine, FBI undercover agent, the first Director of Corporate Security and Player Counseling for The Dallas Cowboys under Tex Schramm and Coach Tom Landry and later the NFL. He also served as Whitney Houston’s bodyguard (inspiring the movie The Bodyguard), and the head of global security and operations for American Airlines, one of the world’s largest airlines. He earned the FBI Director’s Award for his team’s identification of the 9/11 terrorists and his passenger screening model led to the creation of TSA.

Throughout his career, Wansley has been involved in and contributed to the mitigation of major events at national and international levels––shaping policies and security protocols that have impacted governments, laws enforcement, sports, aviation, travel businesses, and everyday people worldwide.

He credits his experience and achievements to the opportunities of working with and learning from renowned and dynamic visionary leaders such as Jerry Jones (owner of the Dallas Cowboys Owner), Bob Crandall (former chairman of American Airlines), the late, Tex Schramm (former president and GM of the Dallas Cowboys), and the late Tom Landry (former head coach of the Cowboys).

Wansley currently serves as the Director of Corporate Security for the Dallas Cowboys, where he is responsible for meeting the security needs of the organization and its related companies.
